The integrated graphics are provided by an Adreno GPU that reaches 4.6 TFLOPs with support for DirectX 12.
Snapdragon X Elite includes a hexagonal neural processing unit optimized for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) locally.
It will arrive on laptops in 2024
Laptops with this SoC will have support for up to 64 GB of LPPDR5x RAM, NVMe Gen 4 storage, USB 4, WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4, among others.
Qualcomm has been quite confident when comparing its Snapdragon X Elite with the mobile proposals from Intel and AMD, promising greater energy efficiency.
